Six carefully paired courses designed to introduce the style, terroir, and philosophy of Aleksandrović Winery — surrounded by the vineyards of Oplenac.
Experience Aleksandrović wines where they are born — among the vineyards of Oplenac, alongside carefully crafted dishes and the rhythm of a slow-food experience made to last for hours, not minutes.
The pairing experience unfolds through several stages: a guided tour of the cellar and vineyards, a story about the Oplenac wine region, and the central part of the experience — a multi-course menu thoughtfully paired with Aleksandrović wines.
Our food & wine pairing experience was never created to impress through quantity, but through balance — because truly great wine doesn’t demand attention for itself, it changes the way you experience every bite.
The Aleksandrović Philosophy
The experience begins upon arrival at Aleksandrović Winery with a welcome glass of wine and views overlooking the vineyards of Oplenac. Guests are introduced to the story of the family, the winery, and the philosophy behind the wines.
During the guided tour, guests explore the cellar and the spaces where some of Serbia’s most renowned wines are produced. The story of the terroir, vineyards, and production methods is just as much a part of the experience as the wines themselves.
As part of the experience, guests watch a short film about the history of winemaking in this region — from Roman times to the rise of Oplenac as one of Serbia’s most important wine destinations today.
The heart of the experience is a carefully curated six-course menu paired with Aleksandrović wines. Each wine is matched with a dish designed to highlight its character, structure, and style — all enjoyed with vineyard views and the slower rhythm of a long dinner.
